Executive Coaching
I am a member of the Institute of Coaching & certified in Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching. I believe coaching is a brief, targeted intervention designed at improving performance and effectiveness, where the emphasis is placed squarely on the role of one’s stakeholders, peers, and colleagues. What good is improving or getting better, if no one else believes you’ve changed?
