About

My career in mental health started with working at McLean Hospital, where I was trained as a group therapist and counseled adults during their most challenging mental health crises. I’ve worked with children with developmental disabilities and behavioral disorders, as well as in community health clinics helping families navigating the foster care system and providing therapy and counseling to families in need.

I have a  PhD in Consulting Psychology and spent 10+ years helping leaders become better leaders, teams become better teams, and organizations become better organized. I’ve trained & partnered with global institutions for human potential. I’ve published & presented on the topic of leadership and executive coaching. I am certified executive coach and have coached clients with Marshall Goldsmith, America’s #1 executive coach. I use behavioral science, practical tools & interventions to address dysfunction and improve the experience, engagement and overall well-being of employees at work.  And I’m very grateful to have worked with some amazing individuals & organizations!

I’m a first generation Ukrainian (Слава Україні!), both my parents were born in Ukraine.   When I’m not working with clients I live a full, active life with my partner and middle-school child in West Seattle.   I enjoy camping, hiking, mountain biking, hunting, surfing, skiing and really every aspect of the Pacific Northwest lifestyle has to offer.  I’m from the East coast, born in Maryland, lived in NY, Boston, California, and I’ve set foot in every state in the continental USA.
