Facilitated the design and implementation of a change management competency model & framework within a Fortune 50 wholesaler
Led change management initiatives (comms, town-halls, training, etc.) for COVID-19 response & implementation of a flexible work environment for a $21B health services organization with ~120k employees.
Supported the establishment of the first offshore function for an enterprise IS capability as the org design SME.
Led the change management strategy and training program for the adoption of an EHR MIS (electronic health record management information system) affecting ~ 2,500 end users
